Outlaw thinks it has a the full-featured but affordable home theater surround processor for you. The new Model 975 is the company’s latest offering, and it does indeed offer a good-looking assortment of performance options.
For starters, the 975 does audio processing for all the important formats including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-Master Audio, plus Pro Logic IIz and DTS Neo:6. Flexible bass management comes in the form of Quad crossover settings from 40Hz to 200Hz with 12dB/octave (2nd order) high-pass and 24dB/octave (4th order) low-lass slopes.
The unit does 1080p scaling, includes four 3D-ready HDMI inputs, four digital audio inputs, the standard analog inputs, AM/FM radio tuner and configurable 7.1 audio output with surround back or front height options.
There don’t appear to be any wireless connectivity options such as Bluetooth or AirPlay, online music services or IP control option.
