Ion Audio Brightens the Smart Bulb Market with Sound Shine

Want to brighten up that living room or home office? There are plenty of smart LED light bulbs currently available. However, if you want something that will truly transform those surroundings, take a peek at Ion Audio’s Sound Shine.

The Sound Shine is a product that combines a smart bulb with a wireless speaker. That means you can tweak lighting levels, but also rock out—all while using the same product.

Ion Audio has made Sound Shine LED light bulbs insanely easy to install. All you need to do is screw the bulb into any standard light socket. Then, connect your smartphone, tablet or computer to the bulb using the Sound Shine’s built-in Bluetooth support.

Each Sound Shine can deliver white light that’s equivalent to a 60-watt bulb. Ion Audio has also designed an app for iOS and Android devices, which allows users to manage media, as well as dim and power lighting.

Ion Audio is currently selling Sound Shine LED light bulbs for $69.99 each or $129.99 per pair.
