That digital video recorder (DVR) from my cable company fills up quickly when I load it with HD content. So I’ll try SageTV’s HD Media Extender. Wire it into my home network, connect to the TV, install the software and extend my media’s reach. I can do the usual watching and pausing of live TV, but Sage also grants remote-control navigation and access to my computer’s music, photos and DVDs, as well as online clips from YouTube, Google Video and other content providers.
