Want to know what to get kids? Ask one. Kristyn Heath, a 16-year-old from the San Francisco Bay area, didn’t give a laundry list of lux items. Instead, she created this tiny device that allows users to beam music from one iPod or MP3 player to another—as long as they have one of the little silver tubes as well. It works with an unlimited number of kids and devices, as long as each one is within a 30-foot radius. The product was first announced in 2007, but got its big retail push earlier this year. Buy it now via the Girl Scouts (they know their tech!) and BPhoto.
