Dell has the external K350J drive, while Pioneer just announced the internal DVR-2920Q and the external DVR-X162Q. The Pioneer models can write DVD-R/+Rs at 20x, and DVD-R/+R dual/double layer discs at 12x. The Dell has a 16x DVD-ROM drive, and can write double-layer DVD+/-RW discs at 16x. Both external drives include Roxio’s Venue software, which connects you to the CinemaNow web service, where you can browse, buy and download your selections.
