A sucker for historic homes, I love it when we can talk about how modern technology can so easily mesh into one … well, not exactly all that easy, as our gold Home Theater $100,000 to $250,000 of 2009 proved. The owners had to excavate the dirt floor of their basement to provide the necessary ceiling height of a comfortable, high-performance theater. Hard to believe the home is more than 100-years-old.
