Before he brought in Audio Video Intelligence, North Easton, Mass., to take over his home theater, homeowner Glenn Ordway took a crack at designing it himself and did pretty well.

His plans, for instance, included those removable wooden ceiling panels which made it easy for AVI when it replaced his low-end cabling with AudioQuest HDMI cables.
