Peerless (B-)

Peerless updated its Mount Finder tool back in late 2007. While being comprehensive in the brands you can search by, some brands (including Proscan) did not have very complete model listings.

Chief and Sanus both listed 22 models under the Proscan brand, but Peerless only lists 8. My exact model was one of those missing. My model is a variation with built-in DVD player, so I was able to select the non-DVD equivalent model, though there’s no guarantee the mounting patterns are the same.

Beyond the model search, Peerless does offer a screen size filtering option and an advance search allowing you to input your display’s dimensions, weight, and measured mounting pattern. Strangely, the Advance search yielded NO results for the parameters I entered, regardless of the fact that they are standard for almost any display in this size range.

Between the incomplete model listing for my brand and glitchy Advance search, it’s tough to recommend Peerless. The only thing keeping them in “B” range is that they do have a comprehensive brand listing, so others with more mainstream brands will likely have better luck.
