Mitsubishi 73-Inch Diamond WD-73831

Mitsubishi is know for being a leader in rear-projection microdisplay technology and the 73-inch Diamond WD-73831 1080p DLP set is no exception. Its sleek all-black cabinetry contains several patented features such as Mitsubishi’s exclusive 1080p DLP High Output Light Engine and the patented TurboLight180, which directs more light to the DMD surface for a bright and vivid image.

The DeepField Imager adjusts brightness and contrast for optimum balance, even in scenes with both dark and bright areas. TV Guide on Screen pulls information from the local cable feed. Additionally, the WD-73831 includes a multi-format card reader to display digital photos and play MP3 and WMA files from the most popular media formats. Three IEEEI394 (Firewire) ports are provided to accommodate direct connection of digital and HD camcorders.
