Designed for use in apartment, condominium and commercial environments, URC’s MX-880Z ZigBee-based remote is the latest addition to the company’s line of custom install products.

The remote, along with its companion MRZ-260 ZigBee RF-to-IR base station, eliminates the problem of using multiple RF remotes in a small space. The wand-style remote can control up to 48 devices.

Features: ability to assign specific RF frequencies for interference-free operation, an array of hard buttons and a two-inch color LCD screen. The base station can handle up to four independently routed IR outputs.

Installers can program the remote through with URC’s CCP programming software.
