Electrician Makes a Mess

The original installer of this system was an electrician who “never was able to get the Fusion Research system functioning.”

Michael Maniscalco of InvoStar was called in by the homeowner, who edits horse video and photos in a personal production studio.

“She was having issues, programming problems,” Maniscalco says. “We got the phone call from the contractor, who said ‘we have a client that complained.’”

The system included a Sony LCD, Nintendo Wii, Blu-ray, VCR, surge protection and multiroom audio components, most of which was a year and a half old. InvoStar made a number of small upgrades, re-wired and got everything functional again.

“We come across racks that we have to clean up fairly often,” Maniscalco says. “Usually things are working better. Here, things really weren’t working properly.”
