Disaster Zone

Anthony Mangini of Media Systems applied his meticulous work ethic to this clean-up job, which came from one of the company’s return clients.

Mangini said the scene was a disaster, adding that the previous installer really didn’t care how the install was done.

“There were just wires everywhere,” Mangini says. “Things plugged in all over the place. Nothing was labeled. That was the worst part: Finding the wire through the house.”

Included were network switches, a modem, a cable TV video switch, video modulation, touch panel modulation and phone and camera server equipment.

Mangini redressed the system in a day. “There were a couple of pieces that I left where they were, but mostly took everything out,” he says.
