Put the sleepy jazz and classical music away -- it's time to test your audio system on all kinds of rock for you to hear in a new way.

This one can almost sub as a greatest hits album for The Who, with major radio play across the board and instant classics. It’s an album to test your system’s ability at high decibel levels from one of the loudest classic rock bands of all time.
Who’s Next can go to 11, and also demonstrate your electronics and speakers’ dynamic range (CSI: Miami fans will love the “YEAAAAHHHHHH”), often within individual tracks as The Who go from ballad to rock in songs like “Behind Blue Eyes” and “The Song Is Over” that will test your system’s soft and hard sides.
Signature Test Track: “Won’t Get Fooled Again” One of my biggest disappointments was buying the Who’s Better, Who’s Best compilation that actually is a greatest hits album, and getting the radio edit version of this song. Ugh, what a waste. Here it is in full drama, with the aforementioned Roger Daltrey wailing and Keith Moon’s heart-pounding drums on showcase (feel free to substitute “Baba O’Riley” for similar results).
