Bryston 9B-SST Amplifier

If you ask a musician or recording engineer what amp they would buy there’s a good chance they would say Bryston. These professionals like Bryston because of the brand’s power, sound quality and reliability.

The modular-design 9B-SST amp is a reference product that can be ordered in three-, four and five-channel versions. Bryston says the amp delivers 140-watts from each of its channels at 8 ohms and 200 watts at 4 ohms. There’s also a 12-volt trigger, which means it can automatically be turned on and off, and it’s available in black or silver (with Bryston’s 20-year warranty).

MSRP is $6,495, www.bryston.com
