Cambridge SoundWorks Radio CD 745i

The latest incarnation of the Soundworks Radio CD line, the 745i adds control of your iPod via a detachable dock and remote control. The unit is also able to play CD/CD-MP3/CD-WMA discs and, of course, AM/FM radio. A nice extra feature is the AUX line in, allowing for external components including computers or streaming media to be piped through. A 2.1 speaker design includes a powered subwoofer driven by a frequency-contoured amplifier. Dual alarms (and an oversized snooze button) make the 745i a great for the bedroom and the display brightness automatically adjusts to suit ambient lighting.

Price: $299.99
