Theil CS2.7

Theil CS2.7
The design goals for the CS2.7 were to bring some of the engineering innovations developed for the CS3.7 down market to a loudspeaker weighing in at under $10K per pair. The capabilities of the 3.7 coax to deliver unmatched purity and the lowest possible distortion in the mid and high frequency ranges have been well documented - this highly innovative coaxial driver is the foundation of the CS2.7 architecture. Adding an ultra-low distortion woofer and a meticulously designed first order crossover network makes the CS2.7 unique in the marketplace - particularly in the sub-$10K per pair price range. The CS2.7’s cabinet, featuring burly, rigid bent plywood side panels and finished in beautifully matching veneers contribute both to the product’s performance and its lasting beauty.
