Bad Santa

As if the Griswold family’s festivities weren’t offensive enough, here’s Willie (Billy Bob Thornton), a mall Santa that travels around the country with his elf Marcus (Tony Cox) in tow. That sounds like the beginnings of a wonderful story, but the duo is actually in disguise. So instead of spreading good cheer, it’s more like the scent of alcohol and a few STDs, as the two try to rob several stores blind.

Believe it or not, this is a Disney release, with a 1.85:1 aspect ratio and the option for both LPCM 5.1 and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks. The single-disc unrated version is still just a single disc, but has outtakes, deleted and alternate scenes and a gag reel, as well as commentary and an interview with director Terry Zwigoff and editor Robert Hoffman.
