Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days

Wimpy Kid Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) is starting to look more like a man—a wimpy one. That means that he probably wouldn’t do all that well in military school, which is where he’s going to go if he doesn’t stay out of trouble. Good luck with that! Expect more goofy (and wimpy) adventures for the family with this third film in the franchise, which is based on the third and fourth books in the series.

The 2-disc set includes a 2.35:1 image, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track, a standard-def DVD and a Digital Copy of the movie. The extras are a little skimpy, but should be of interest to the film’s target audience. Expect deleted scenes, a gag reel and an animated comic in the Wimpy Kid style titled, “Class Clown.”
