Paul Dano re-teams with his Little Miss Sunshine director for this quirky romantic comedy. Dano stars as a struggling novelist who comes up with the character of Ruby, in an attempt to be inspired. Soon after, however, Ruby comes to life—in the form of Dano’s real-life squeeze, writer/actress Zoe Kazan. Annette Bening, Antonio Banderas and Elliott Gould also star.
This indie flick features a 1.85:1 aspect ratio and a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. There are also a decent number of special features, including shorts on the cast, the Los Angeles location, the “Real-Life Couples,” and more.
