Even though it’s based on the board game, this film has very little to do with Hasbro’s kiddie classic. Instead, it’s about the Navy trying to take down a bunch of pesky aliens. Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgård, music superstar Rihanna, and Brooklyn Decker all star.

The cast is almost as good looking as this movie. It’s a doozy, with a stunning 2.40:1 image and a DTS-HD Master Audio track to match. The 2-disc set also comes packing a ton of special features, including the “USS Missouri VIP Tour” and pieces on the special effects, the cast, the game, and several scenes in the film. The best of the bunch, however, is “All Access with Director Peter Berg,” a picture-in-picture video commentary. The package also includes a standard-def DVD and an UltraViolet Digital Copy of the movie.
