Disney is popping out a second release this week, giving this 2004 family film a first Blu-ray release. This was another one that didn’t exactly set the box office on fire, but the antics of three cows and one karate-kicking stallion named Buck should keep the wee ones entertained. Also listen in for famous voices such as Roseanne Barr, Judi Dench, Jennifer Tilly, Cuba Gooding Jr., Randy Quaid and Steve Buscemi.

As far as the image and sound, this is another winner for the House of Mouse. Look for a bright 1.78:1 aspect ratio and a DTS-HD Master Audio track. Extras include commentary, deleted scenes and a few featurettes, including “Yodelmentary.” Also, there’s an animated short titled, “A Dairy Tale: The Three Little Pigs,” as well as a standard-def DVD copy of the movie.

Rating: PG
Runtime: 95 minutes
Total Number of Discs: 2
Studio: Walt Disney
