This Means War

This movie is proof that Reese Witherspoon and romantic comedy don’t always mix well. It’s sort of weird, too, because it also has Chris Pine (Captain Kirk!) and Tom Hardy. The film made a respectable $151 million, but critics and audiences were sort of blah about the spy-inspired love triangle.

If you think the film deserves a second chance, this 2-disc set includes the theatrical and extended versions, as well as standard-def DVD and UltraViolet copies. Otherwise, it’s got a 2.40:1 aspect ratio, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track, deleted scenes, bloopers and alternate endings, and a commentary track with director McG.

Rating: PG-13
Runtime: 97 minutes
Total Number of Discs: 2
Studio: Fox
