Father of the Bride: 20th Anniversary Edition

Disney doubled up on this release, putting Father of the Bride and Father of the Bride II on a single Blu-ray. Steve Martin’s mid-90s remake is still funny—and certainly funnier than its sequel. However, it’s a shame that the 20th anniversary release is such a barebones set.

Besides the 1.85:1 aspect ratio, each flick has a DTS-HD Master Audio track. Only the first film has extras, though, which includes a blip with Martin and co-star Martin Short and a commentary by writer/director Charles Shyer. The 3-disc package also includes a standard-def DVD for each film as well.

Rating: PG
Runtime: 105 minutes (FOTB), 106 minutes (FOTB II)
Total Number of Discs: 3
Studio: Touchstone Pictures
