CinemaNow

Talk about a blast from the past! CinemaNow is now under the Best Buy umbrella, and operates similar to some of its competitors. Newer titles can be rented for the average price of $3.99 each, with purchases going for about $15.99. The service even offers up an impressive number of classic films, but only for purchase. Now comes the sad news: It appears that titles are only available in standard definition. Also, according to the site, both rentals and purchased movies can only be played back on a PC, Mac or portable device. However, we know for a fact that a slew of HDTVs and Blu-ray players have the service built in. Upgrade that info, guys!
