Hulu Plus

Hulu used to be a free, ad-supported way to catch up on your favorite TV shows. However, once the service moved to bigger screens, they decided to charge $7.99 per month for access. That fee will get you 720p streaming of both movies and TV shows. Despite hundreds of selections from the Criterion Collection, movies are probably not the deciding factor for this service. It’s all about the list of TV offerings, which is unmatched—at least at this price. There are currently over 33,000 episodes, which includes plenty of Hulu Plus exclusives. Besides paying the monthly fee, you’ll need one of the many gaming devices, streaming set-top boxes, HDTVs, or other devices that has this service built in.
