OuletLinc Dimmer is a receptacle with a built-in dimmer that is only enabled when paired with a magnetic key which fits over a lamp plug. This gives you control of plug-in lamps remotely from any INSTEON™ controller. The OutletLinc Dimmer has advanced features like an adjustable ramp rate that slowly brings the lamp on, a preset dim level that stores your preferred choice of 32 brightness levels when turning the lamp on initially, as well as load sense, so you can still use the lamp’s built-in switch to turn the light on and off. It’s made to be installed in place of any wall receptacle and controls incandescent loads up to 300 Watts. Safety features include tamper-resistant outlets and over-heating protection which shuts off power in the event internal temperature rises to unsafe levels.

Features

Simple magnet key doesn't require cutting the lamp plug. Just slip it over the prongs and plug it in. OutletLinc will recognize the key and provide power to the lamp.
