On the audio front, the BDP-95 support all high resolution audio formats - Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio lossless audio tracks on Blu-ray Discs, legacy high resolution audio discs such as DVD-Audio and SACD, and newer digital download formats such as FLAC and WAV. It features a 7.1ch analog output and a dedicated stereo output with both RCA and XLR balanced connectors. The analog outputs are driven by the industry’s highest performing ESS “Sabre32 Reference” Digital-to-Analog Converters. Discerning home theater viewers and audiophile listeners get to enjoy a sound presentation with an accurate sound stage and wide dynamic range. On the video front, the BDP-95 supports Blu-ray 3D, plays Blu-ray, and up-converting DVD to 1080p high resolution output. Its video output is powered by the latest QDEO video processing technology from Marvell. In benchmark tests, the BDP-95 passes the most difficult test patterns with flying colors. In home theaters, the BDP-95 presents a crisp, detailed, and true-to-life picture to the viewers.
