Autonomic Controls Mirage Media Server MMS-5

In addition to providing whole-home audio systems with five channels of local or streaming content, the Mirage Media Server MMS-5 provides customers with global access to their audio and video collections by leveraging cloud synchronization services from Apple iCloud and Amazon Cloud Drive.

The MMS-5 automatically uploads and backs up contributed content to a private Internet data locker for remote access from a second home, computer or mobile device. At each location, the MMS-5 syncs a local copy of your collection to its internal 1 TB drive or NAS for uninterrupted playback. Content can be scheduled to play at any time and location.

The MMS-5 streams Pandora, Last.fm, Rhapsody, TuneIn Radio and SiriusXM Internet Radio alongside DRM iTunes, Windows Media and all popular audio formats. Supported video content includes iTunes movies and TV shows.

Pre-built control modules for leading automation systems are included, providing two-way browsing and control, complete with metadata feedback and cover art. The on-screen display features navigation, now playing information and slideshows. Control apps are also available for iPad and iPhone/iPod Touch.

The MMS-5 is rack-mountable with HDMI, one 5.1 digital audio output, and four independent, analog stereo outputs for distribution to any number of zones.
