This 4k Pro Cinema projector driven room is a large theatre at 34 ft. by 25 ft. and 22 ft. ceilings and 18,700 cubic feet. Add a balcony, lobby, CineBar™ full kitchen and powder room and the whole affair topped 1000 sq. ft. of theatre space. Nothing was built on site, all millwork, trim, upholstered seating and “Dusk-to-Dawn” fiber optic Starlite® Ceiling system were factory manufactured at our facility. This theatre features full-motion recliner seating for 14 plus 4 adjustable barstools at the rear of the room.  A balcony was designed as a casual retreat for “overflow” groups and offers up 6 more bar seats.  The client’s children have pizza and movie parties in the balcony. Rich Honduras Mahogany was used throughout and anywhere one views upholstered wall and ceiling panels is actually a scrim material to cover highly engineered absorptive, reflective and diffusive acoustical core materials.  A full service kitchen-bar, powder room and AV closet are housed behind the theatre along with a handsome vestibule entrance marquee foyer to act as an impressive “opening statement”.  This theatre was built as a free-standing structure and is attached to the home via a breezeway.
