Stewart Filmscreen's Director's Choice 100 is the ultimate marriage of the world's best screen material and the most precise masking system available. The DC-100 represents an improvement to Director's Choice and Director's Choice 2.0 systems up to 14' image widths.  Upgrades include full horizontal masking closure, and a slimmer 10" frame profile. 

Our revolutionary Binary Reciprocal Intelligent Control nicknamed "The BRIC" allows precision settings of all standard and custom aspect ratios to be set with ease, eliminating the need for multiple controllers. Compatible with most infrared remotes, RS-232, and RS-422 control systems, this unique product reduces programming time to a matter of minutes.

Director's Choice 100 can be optimized with Stewart's award-winning front or rear projection materials. Microperf X2, the unique perforation pattern that Stewart developed over a decade ago is available when acoustic transparency is required.

Stewart's exclusive VeLux® black-velvet appliqué gives the Director's Choice a luxurious look and feel. This specialized frame finish absorbs possible over-scan while boosting perceived contrast.

Features

Horizontal Masking: As an added feature, the horizontal masking on the new DC-100 closes completely, protecting the screen from dust and other debris when not in use.

BRIC: The Binary Reciprocal intelligent Control System, nicknamed "The BRIC," is the industry's first microprocessor-based control device designed for precision setting of multiple masking presets, eliminating multiple controllers for a single screen, and eliminating the setup time required by existing analog controllers. Also, you can connect to your BRIC system with any AMX/Crestron type controller or standard PC. Programming your screen settings is simple. It can be done in 5-mintues once the screen is set up. BRIC also allows quick compatibility with a variety of control systems.

Innovative Design: Unlike other projection screens with masking systems that take up wall space, the DC-100's thinner profile allows maximum screen area for any given room dimension, making it easier to place within a dedicated home theater environment.
