Airflex5d LLC.‘s AF5D-5S is a 2D/3D projector stacking system made for the dedicated custom install or commercial integrator sales channels. It precisely aligns the images of multiple projectors vertically and horizontally into one single picture with amplified brightness. The AF5D-5S can accommodate up to a 1080P (1920 x 1200 resolution) projector with dual-channel geometric image correction while maintaining the support of de-interlacing, scaling and image enhancement. A passive 3D kit with glasses and filters are likewise included.

High-end 1080P projectors that produce 10000+ lumens are upwards of $50K to $80K or more! When breaking down the cost-to-performance, this is about $5-8 per lumen in picture brightness. However, with an Airflex5D system, you can use a combination of 4x standard 3000 lumen projectors with a pair of AF5D-5S stacking processers and get similar results while paying on average below $1-2 per lumen.

The Airflex5D system also ensures that there is no down time if one lamp goes out because the other 3 will remain operational.
