Terrific Tablets

An iPod attaches to it to play music over the whole-house audio system, and a fingerprint scanner allows family members to call up their personal music lists with ease. The 12-inch SonicBlue tablet is used to control the home systems. Eight of the tablets are scattered throughout the house, including one in a cabinet next to the stovetop, which is used to inventory groceries. A bar code scanner to its left scans in the item to create a weekly list for Internet grocery shopping. The tablets are all detachable, can be used horizontally or vertically and don’t require styluses to operate.
