Thanks for the reply. I’ve opened task manager and it says 83 processes running and cpu usage between 2% and 10%. The only application running is chrome and the problem is still there.

My point of view, Audio and video both are media storage format for sound/music and moving pictures information.Audio and video digital recording, also referred as audio and video codecs.Audio codecs can usually contain one audio channel , two audio channels , or more channels and Video codecs will contain a sequence of frames.Quality will vary depending on the number of frames per second, color space, resolution, etc.

Audio description is an extra narrative that’s mixed in with the original soundtrack.  Blind and partially sighted people benefit most clearly from audio description.

Audio and video both are important in real life.

I recommend both are very important in our lives.
