How do you know if your getting a good audio and video installer. I am building a new entertainment room and want find a good installer. I want the system to be upgradeable without having to replace everything the next time something like blu ray or 3DTV comes out. So how do I evaluate the contractor that I hire to do the install for me?

what makes good audio and video installer ???
I have got a lot of movies in 3gp and mp4 file formats from cell phones and I could not open them by many players untill I found this one. I do not know if it has issues but it does nice work.I was so pleased when I saw my movie for the first time on my computer.I am going to give 4 stars because I do not know if it has bugs or not ... :)
