Thyroid gland is a very important gland inside the body of us humans. It is located inside the neck of a human body at anterior portion. There are a lot of functions that the thyroid serves, while the people mistake of the people is to take it for a tiny organ: nothing more than it. To begin with, the entire metabolism of a body is utterly dependent upon the thyroid and the secretion of its enzyme: thyroxin. It may sound poles apart, but due to the proper metabolism, it is the body part that remains stabilized and move in a smooth fashion. This means, that due to proper metabolism the size of the body remains intact. To conclude in smallest possible words, it is the thyroid that causes the human body to remain tight and in-shape.

This is correct but what I don’t understand is that what exercise or diet should we have to properly preserve it? Like what fruits should we eat regularly here?
