Q: How do I subscribe to Electronic House magazine?

A: Subscriptions to Electronic House may be ordered using our online subscription form or you may call 1-800-305-0633 (or 508-663-1500 x294 from outside the United States). Subscription orders can also be mailed to Electronic House magazine, PO Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142-0235

Q: When will I receive my first issue?

A: Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first copy of Electronic House magazine. A link to access the digital issues will be delivered immediately.

  * Please note: Bimonthly issues (January/February, March/April. May/June, July/August) may require additional delivery time.

Q: How do I give an Electronic House magazine gift subscription?

Q: I receive duplicate copies. What should I do?

A: If you are receiving duplicate issues of the magazine, you may use our online Stop duplication of delivery of issues form or contact us at 1-800-305-0633 (or 508-663-1500 ext.294 from outside the United States).

Change of Address
Q: How do I change my mailing address?

A. Address changes can be made online or you may contact us by phone or mail. Please contact us at least 4-6 weeks before the change takes effect.

Q: How can I get information about an invoice I received?
A. Order invoices and account balances can be verified online.  You may also submit payments securely online or mail to Electronic House magazine, PO Box 422049, Palm Coast, FL 32142-2049. If you have additional questions about billing and payment procedures, please email us at subscribe@ehpub.com.

Q: Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?
A: Occasionally your payment and our invoice cross in the mail. If you continue to receive bills more than six weeks after you had sent your payment, please let us know so that we can insure that your account has been credited properly. If you ordered through a third party such as a school subscription program, please check with them to insure that your order was received and processed.

Q: Is it safe to subscribe online?

A: Yes. It’s not only safe but also quick and easy. You may do so here.

Q: How do I know when my subscription expires?
A: Your subscription expiration date appears on your mailing label after the number that begins with #04901…it will be listed as the year and then the issue for a total of 4 digits. To verify your expiration date online go to the Check Subscription Status form.

Q: How do I renew my subscription?
A: Online payment for renewals Electronic House can be made using our secure online subscription form or call 1-800-305-0633 (or 508-663-1500 ext.294 from outside the United States). Renewal orders can also be mailed to Electronic House magazine, PO Box 422047, Palm Coast, FL 32142-2047.

Damaged Issues
Q: What if I received a damaged issue?

A: We are more then happy to replace any issue that arrives in damaged condition. Let us know which issue needs to be replaced and we will send another copy or extend your subscription. Complete the Report missed or damaged copies online form or call us at 1-800-600-9642 (or 508-663-1500 ext.294 from outside the United States).

Late or Missed Issues
Q: What if my issue arrives late?
A: Your magazine should arrive, depending on the US Postal Service, around the same time that the magazine appears on the newsstand.  If you do not receive your copy within 2 weeks after it appears on the newsstand, please email: subscribe@ehpub.com or call customer service at 1-800-305-0633 (or 508-663-1500 ext.294 from outside the United States) to verify we have correct delivery information.

Q: What if I have missed an issue?
A: If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Your magazines may also have stopped being delivered due to nonpayment. Please go online and verify your account and address at our customer service site. If the issue you are looking for is sold out we’ll extend your subscription to replace the missed issue.

Back Issues
Q: How can I order back issues?
A: Visit our store to order our back issues at anytime, electronichouseideas.com. Cost is $6.95 each plus shipping and handling. We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer to make out a check or money order, please make payment to EH Publishing and mail it to Attn: Electronic House Ideas, 111 Speen Street, Suite 200, Framingham, MA 01701. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Q: I don’t want my name made available to other companies. What should I do?
A: Electronic House magazine shares subscribers’ names with companies. Many of our subscribers enjoy the opportunity to hear about other products and or services from selected companies that Electronic House thinks may be of interest to. However, if you would like your name excluded from those mailings, click here or call our customer service at 1-800-305-0633 (or 508-663-1500 ext.294 from outside the United States). 

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Please call us, write us, or just write cancel on your invoice and return it to us.

Q: Will I get my money back if I cancel my subscription?

A: A refund will be issued for all the unserved issues that haven’t been mailed at the time of the cancellation. Please note that if you order through a third party, you must also contact them in order to receive a refund. Electronic House will only be responsible for canceling the remaining unserved issues.
