If you’re thinking about moving, we have a deal that’s a dream — literally. This house is known as the Sacramento Dream House, and it could be yours for the low price of $150.

The Sacramento Dream House is part of an upcoming raffle to benefit the Sacramento Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House offers a temporary residence for families of children being treated at local hospitals. Currently, there are over 280 Ronald McDonald Houses in over 30 countries.

It’s not just a good cause, but it’s also a good prize. The 6,100-square-foot home includes six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool with waterfalls, a wine cellar and vineyard, and a chef-style kitchen. If you’re looking for a bit of wow factor, the home also has three dishwashers and two full laundry rooms.

Of course, being able to do double (or triple!) the chores, may not seem all that exciting. Thankfully, the home also has a bit of technology inside.

The home, which is situated in the El Dorado Hills neighborhood of Serrano, comes with a Russound intercom, which can be accessed both inside and out. This is a convenient feature, considering the size of the home. Even better is the basement home theater.

That room includes a Denon receiver, a Samsung Blu-ray player, Definitive Technology speakers and Proficient subs. It may not have a screen, but it does have an Optoma projector. Also, considering the cost of the house, maybe you can, you know… flip for the screen yourself?

Everything is easily controlled through a Logitech Harmony remote, which can also be used for the technology in the living room. That includes a Yamaha receiver, a 50-inch LG plasma HDTV, and Samsung DVD player. The room also has another Proficient subwoofer and Definitive in-ceiling speakers. DIRECTV also feeds both rooms, as well as other areas of the home.

Raffle tickets are available now through May 18, 2012. The grand prize drawing will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012. Tickets are available by phone, fax or mail. To find out more about the house and the contest, check out the RMHCNC Dream House Raffle website.
