The star of Walker, Texas Ranger is looking to downsize, so he’s put his 7,362-square-foot Mediterranean-Ranch-style home up for sale. The price to live like Chuck Norris: $1.2 million.

For that, you’ll get four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half-baths, and a dedicated home theater — where you’ll most likely have the Missing in Action trilogy on a loop. The listing also mentions a whole separate 884-square-foot building, which served as a studio for Norris’ Texas Ranger days.
