With interest in audio continuing to surge, manufacturers in the consumer electronics industry have been hard at work keeping pace with the latest in high-resolution audio, object-based home theater, streaming audio, and of course traditional media that includes vinyl.
The latest example of manufacturers working to remain current with the latest market trends can be found in St. George, Utah and the company TruAudio.
Diversifying its product lineup based on the feedback from dealers and the latest market conditions, TruAudio has taken the basic design elements from its B23 line of architectural products and applied them to a newly developed line of in-room products, including new tower speakers.
TruAudio’s new B23 Tower speaker line was previously only available as a special order custom build, but now, according to the company, dealers can choose from a selection of products to meet their clients’ demand for in-room solutions.
“Freestanding speakers have become increasingly popular with the end user, and this is the next step in expanding our product line to meet the needs of our dealers,” says Kary Wawrzyniak, executive vice president of operations, TruAudio. “We took our top performing in-wall home theater speaker and turned it into a state-of-the-art tower speaker line. The technology and performance is unmatched.”
The line includes the B23465LCR Tower and the B23-265 Center Channel speaker , and the speakers incorporate 6.5-inch carbon fiber woofers and 1-inch titanium diaphragm swivel tweeters. TruAudio also backs the speakers with custom finish options to enable dealers to blend the products into a variety of home interiors.
