Martin Logan Demos its CLX Art Speaker
Truth in Sound tour to let consumers experience audio through high-end speakers.
Electrostatic speakers are noted as being the best. “The imaging and presence that come out of an electrostatic speaker is different than what you’d get out of a traditional speaker,” says Mark Aling, marketing manager. Don’t believe him? In an effort to demonstrate the advantages of high-performance electrostatic speakers, manufacturer Martin Logan is touring the country, giving demos of its CLX Art speaker. “It’s really a unicorn in the industry,” says Aling.
The speaker, along with other gear, will be demonstrated over the remainder of 2012 at select A/V showrooms, where Martin Logan representatives will be on hand to answer questions. The type of setup can vary from showroom to showroom, says Aling. One A/V retailer might choose to showcase the CLX in a surround-sound setup; another might up for a two-channel arrangement.
