Zvox Audio’s All-in-One Speaker Is Also Energy Efficient
Zvox Audio has introduced its first Energy Star-rated product, the Zvox 415 single-cabinet theater system at $499.
December 20, 2007 | by Arlen Schweiger

Space savings, cost savings, energy savings ... Zvox Audio has covered all the bases with its Zvox 415 single-cabinet home theater system.

The product is the company’s first Energy Star-rated product, as it uses an external power supply Energy Star-qualified at over 88 percent efficiency.

The compact 415 system isn’t much bigger than most center channel speakers, and has it all packed into one. There are three full-range 3.25-inch speakers along with a 4-inch powered subwoofer built-into the cabinet.

At dimensions of 30.5 x 5.5 x 5 inches, it can be cozied up to your flat-panel TV on the wall without being obtrusive to your room. It uses one cable to hook up to audio products, and there’s a second rear-panel input in which you can connect an iPod, PC or other audio device.

The whole shebang comes in at $499.
