Any flat panel TV can look beautiful on a wall when it’s serving up an incredible movie or sports image, but how about when the set is off?
Right. Not quite as nice to look at, but that’s an issue the custom electronics world is tackling. Chief among manufacturers taking this into account and trying to improve the room’s aesthetics with your flat panel is Vutec Corp., which now has a DecoFrame product line that aims to be just that—a decoration for your interior design.
DecoFrame can fit most flat-panel LCD and plasma displays as a finished decorative product, whose features include adjustability to fit most bezels, safety mounting, and built-in IR repeater.
For a wide array of room decors, DecoFrame has a wide array of 10 designer frame finishes—black satin, stainless, gold, wheat distressed maple, catalogue honey, espresso walnut, mocha walnut, light walnut rustic pine, red & black with gold design, and green & black with gold design. It’s available in six standard sizes, and custom orders can also be taken.
