Last year, Vutec announced its SilverStar SSX screen. Now, it looks like the company is delivering on that promise.
As the latest in the SilverStar line, the SSX features a sleek rigid screen with an ultra-thin fixed frame formulated from the company’s SilverStar technology. That basically means that this screen is suitable for both bright and dark environments.
Offering screen formats up to 151 inches diagonal, the SilverStar SSX can be wall or ceiling mounted. Other features include a wide viewing area, ambient light rejection, and options for 1:1 & 2.40:1 formats.
“SilverStar SSX gives the perception of a modern appearance for today’s theater enthusiast,” says Michael Palmisano, Vutec’s director of marketing. “With multi-purpose rooms becoming popular, SilverStar is a great solution for rooms with ambient light conditions offering 2D/ 3D video, vivid colors and an enhanced picture that exemplifies a true home theater.”
Available now, the SilverStar SSX also has plenty of customization choices, such as an LED Edge Lighting System and formats for active and passive projection.
