There are complex control systems and control systems that just appear to be complex. It’s possible to have the flash, while allowing you to function on a daily basis. ViewSonic’s V212 plugs you into the power to control your home easily—as well as a lot of other things, including the Web, streaming video, and more.

Aside from a slew of features like checking email and playing music and video, the V212 can be customized to control and access light switches, thermostats and A/V equipment. It can even work with Z-Wave products.

The V212 is also available with built-in speakers in case you want to move with audio and video in tow—or maybe just keep confined to the couch.
