Games like “The Legend of Zelda” make me all nostalgic. Of course, Zelda has come a long way, baby. With the Twilight Princess, a new legend is born—or at least a new addiction. Head back to the land of Hyrule to solve puzzles and engage in battle. Don’t get your geek on just yet; the game is already sold out in a lot of outlets. (Nintendo)
GameCube, Wii: $49.99
PC gamers need a little love too—or in the case of Medieval 2: Total War, a little thrashing. This game allows you to reign as king or a crusader. Choose your religion: Christian or Muslim. Then, let the holy war begin! (Sega)
When my son grows up, I want him to be Tony Hawk. Until then, he’ll have to settle for playing his new game Project 8—that is, if he can get it away from his daddy. It’s a no-brainer: there’s plenty of skating action. I just want to see what it’s going to look like on the PS3. (Activision)

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to give a guy a piledriver while wearing tights, WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2007 is (hopefully) going to be the closest you’ll ever get to the experience. New graphics and ringside action highlight this new release. (THQ)

Genji: Days of the Blade isn’t wasting its time on any other consoles—it’s going straight for the gusto of the PS3. It’s got action and graphics aplenty, so I guess all of the others just couldn’t keep up. Either that, or it’s because it’s Sony made! (Sony Computer Entertainment)
