For those videos and other moments that you must share in an instant, Creative has the Vado. This new video camera is compact, but packs in software that will allow you to instantly upload content to YouTube and Photobucket.
The 2GB unit comes with a built-in USB connector and a 2-inch LCD. The one thing it could use is Wi-Fi support—that would truly be a boon to the instant-gratification generation.
Vado records MPEG-4 AVI at 30 frames per second, with a resolution of 640 x 480. The included rechargeable batteries boast two hours on a single charge.
The Vado costs $100. It’s shipping now in a very bright pink or silver. Plenty of Vado add-ons are also available.
