The act of entertaining outside can now include a high-tech twist. We’re starting to see more people putting TVs outside. There are manufacturers that make weather-resistant TVs. However, what do you do if you want to use a little something you already own?
Think about splurging for the TV Shield. The TV Shield is a secure, weatherproof enclosure designed to keep your TV safe from the outdoor elements. It guards the TV against dust and weather damage and is supposedly theft-proof as well.
Just hang the TV Shield enclosure from the ceiling, mount it, or recess it into the wall. It’s designed to go whenever you want it to go—and not mess with that awesome picture you’d expect from an HDTV.
It’s also very versatile, with versions available to fit your favorite existing HDTV. The TV Shield makes a product suitable for TVs that are 19 to 30 inches ($399.99), 30 to 46 inches ($599.99), and 50 to 60 inches ($899.99). It’s available now.
We haven’t tried one out ourselves or seen it in person, so we can’t say how sturdy or dependable it is in real life.
