Summer is right around the corner. We’re starting to dust of the barbecue, and we’re also starting to see new outdoor speakers. TruAudio is leading the party, with its new Acoustiscape landscape speaker.

This outdoor speaker is a dual 70-volt, 8-ohm capable landscape speaker. Most companies have one or the other. According to TruAudio, that combo means that this speaker can be installed in just about any environment.

The Acoustiscape is waterproof and weatherproof. It also has a switch on the back to accommodate for stereo sound or a larger, daisy-chained install. Other features on this 2-way speaker include a 4.5-inch injected polypropylene woofer, a 0.75-inch soft silk dome tweeter, and a mounting design for a full range of motion.

“TruAudio integrators appreciate a speaker that not only sounds good but is also easy to work with. We designed the Acoustiscape to be a very versatile, all-in-one outdoor speaker,” says Kary Wawrzyniak, VP of technology at TruAudio. “We’ve included everything you need with Acoustiscape and it can be sold into a variety of different installs.”

TruAudio hasn’t announced pricing on this speaker, so you’ll have to get in touch with an authorized dealer for that info. The Acoustiscape is available now and ships with a 14-inch industrial grade, metal ground stake for a sturdy, clean install.
