According to TitanTV, an online software and information provider to the broadcast industry, the average U.S. household currently receives 12.3 free over-the-air digital TV channels. However, consumers are still unclear about what’s available to them. That’s why TitanTV has launched CheckDTV.com.
After entering your address, city, state and zip code, a list of digital channels appears. In my case, there were 12. It took a matter of 10 seconds to get the information.
And if you need an antenna, the CheckDTV.com site can hand you off to AntennaWeb.org, to help you select the right off-air antenna.
