The Beatles are on iTunes - No Really!
After years of speculation, the Fab Four are finally available for download.

For years, there have been rumors that the Beatles would soon be available on iTunes. Well, we were right—depending on your definition of “soon.”

Today, Apple officially announced availability of the Beatles on iTunes. That includes 13 remastered studio albums, two “Past Masters” compilations, and the “Red” and “Blue” collections. Each one can be purchased as a full album, or you can just buy up your favorite songs individually.

Apple also has the exclusive on a digital “Beatles Box Set.” That features the “Live at the Washington Coliseum, 1964” concert film, which includes the Beatles’ very first U.S. concert.

“I am particularly glad to no longer be asked when the Beatles are coming to iTunes,” said Ringo Starr. “At last, if you want it—you can get it now—The Beatles from Liverpool to now! Peace and Love, Ringo.”

The available albums include “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” “Revolver,” “The Beatles [The White Album],” and “Abbey Road.” All 13 remastered studio albums also include an iTunes LP, which boasts visual features, as well as a mini-documentary about the making of each album.

Full albums are available now for $12.99 each, with doubles going for $19.99. Individual songs can be downloaded for $1.29 each. The “Beatles Box Set,” which includes all 13 studio albums, the iTunes LPs, “Past Masters” and the “Live at the Washington Coliseum, 1964,” is selling for $149.

If you want to sample a little something, Apple says they will offer the “Live at the Washington Coliseum, 1964” as a streaming freebie (not to keep!), for the rest of the calendar year.
